• Order cancellation
You have 24 hours to cancel paid order after placing it. If 24 hours have passed since the date of your purchase and payment, order cancellation cannot be offered.
• Shipping
We hope that your order arrived safely and everything is as expected.
Loss of the parcel:
To find out if a parcel is lost, a search and claim needs to be made to the shipping company. Time of consideration of such a claim will vary per shipping company of recipient country. The process can take up to two months. Only after the result and official reaponse of this search the refund or remake of your order can be discussed and offered.
Damaged or Defective:
If the item you received is damaged during shipping or is defective, we will gladly provide a credit note or send a replacement product at no additional cost. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged or defective product and provide photographic evidence, if possible.
• Returns or Exchanges
All the dreadlock extensions in our shop are handmade and non-returnable due to hygiene/personal care. So we do not accept returns or exchanges.
